The Grad School Quest: 1 Year Until Applications are Due
I don't graduate from Montana State until December 15, 2018. My graduation is a year out, which gives me plenty of time to figure out what I want to do, and where I'm applying. I should start studying for the GRE, I've been putting it off long enough. It wouldn't hurt to take the History specific subject GRE as well. Anthropology doesn't have it, but interdisciplinary skills can be attractive, especially with my transcript.
This means it's time to start looking at Grad Schools. I've got a decent list going so far, with schools mostly in the Pacific Northwest, some in Nevada and California. The others- (my hotshots) are based in Ireland and Scotland. Visiting those schools are unlikely, but whatever. I'll take Dylan and Tylly on a big roadtrip to the schools this summer.
The biggest thing I need to work on in my undergrad thesis. Get that going and I'll be able to prove my academic potential. SO, here I go. It's time to dive in.
